Clients Responsibilities: Client is responsible to provide, at minimum, One (1) 6 or 8 foot Table and a source of 120v power. Premium Audio Package requires Two (2) sources of 120v power from separate circuits. Clients hosting outdoor events are also responsible for providing adequate covering (i.e. tent, awning, etc.) to protect equipment from sun and rain

Cancellation Policy: By booking your event with us we are agreeing to ensure the proper equipment and personnel are available for you, and therefore unavailable for other bookings. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable. Any payment beyond the initial deposit may be refunded up to 50% if cancelled more than two weeks prior to the event date. Cancellations within two weeks of the event date will be handled on a case by case basis, and may be subject to little to no refund.

Deposits: 20% nonrefundable Deposit Due On Booking. Client agrees to the details listed for their event and all applicable policies. Changes to event details, including, but not limited to, times, date, location, services, and guest count, may be subject to additional charges.
